Helpful changes to the Home Affordable Modification Program (HAMP)
On January 27, Treasury announced some changes to the Home Affordable Modification Program (HAMP) that if fully implemented will be helpful to our clients.
The first is that the program has been extended for an additional year to December, 2013.
Secondly, borrowers Debt to Income ratio limits will become more flexible.
