Bankruptcy Court to issue new notice to debtors

Effective December 13th, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Maryland began mailing out a notice to debtors in all new consumer bankruptcy cases under chapters 7, 12 and 13.  It will be sent at the same time the 341 meeting of creditors is sent.  See the notice attached below.
