Elder Law Task Force Meeting: June 14, 2011 at Metro

Our next Elder Law Task Force Meeting will be held at the METRO office on Tuesday, June 14 from 10 to 1 pm. Please find a draft agenda attached. Please RSVP to me at jsaxena@mdlab.org or Anne at ahurley@mdlab.org, and include any additional agenda items that you'd like to propose. As always, goodies will be provided for in-person participants.

A quick note regarding the agenda:

* We will be talking about human rights and older persons. Kate Lang will provide some background from the conference she attended at American University - Strengthening International and Regional Frameworks to Protect the Human Rights of Older Persons. We would also like to open up the conversation for brainstorming about ways to work human rights further into our work. We will have some documents to share with you and will send that information along with a final agenda on Friday or Monday.
