Community Law Center Staff Attorney Robin Jacobs will teach attendees how to help clients create a 501(c)(3) organization, from drafting articles of incorporation to reviewing an application for tax-exempt status. Attendees must agree to take one pro bono case from Community Law Center within one year (summer associates excluded). Please bring a brown bag lunch. Drinks will be provided.
