A tradition of excellence in continuing legal education returns on March 2nd as the MSBA Section of Family & Juvenile Law presents the 2012 edition of “Hot Topics/Tips for the Family Law Practitioner” from 8:45 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. in Annapolis, MD.  One of Maryland’s most popular and practical family law seminars, this year’s Hot Topics offers essential information that every family law practitioner needs to effectively represent their clients.  Some of the topics covered this year include but aren’t limited to: the pitfalls and snake pits of military pensions, the do’s and don’ts of pre-nuptials, parenting coordination, and alimony – is there still a dependent spouse?  6.5 CLE credits available.
