• Common forms of Immigration Relief
• Overview of Post-Conviction vs. Coram Nobis Petitions
• The nuts and bolts of pleadings
• Strategies for filing claims
• Issues regarding the Opinion and Order
Participating attorneys must be barred in Maryland and agree to take at least one pro bono case from the Public Defender’s Office. Mentors and case support will be available to attorneys taking cases. Two years of litigation experience is preferred.
